What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept cash (if paying in person), paypal (credit card option can be used in paypal)
Are there any shipping restrictions?
We offer free shipping within continental United States of America. Buyers outside United States may want to contact us (contactNilaa@gmail.com) for details on shipping before placing the order.

When can I expect the delivery of my order?
Once the payment is received, the order will be shipped within 3-4 business days and standard shipping times would apply thereafter (4-7 business days). The tracking details of the shipment will be shared with you.

What is your return policy?
You can return the order under the following cases.
The item needs to be returned in the original condition.
If any wear and tear is noticed on the item, the refund may/may not be provided based on our discretion.

1. The item is damaged on delivery. In this case, you need to contact us within 48 hrs of receiving the item with photo, in the absence of which, we may not be able to offer the refund.
The refund will be initiated once item is received back.

2. The item received is different from the order. An exchange or complete refund will be offered in this case upon receiving the item back.

3. The item differs from the photo displayed.
We have tried to provide justice to the colors/details of the products in the photos to the real ones, but please allow for minor color variation in the material in some cases, as sometimes the digital cameras miss the colors by a bit..

Please Note:

Some of our sarees/fabrics use natural dyes which may rub off / bleed initially, though the colors will settle in after a couple of dry washes.
Most of our sarees are handwoven and there might be slight weaving irregularities expected as part of the weaving process. These imperfections add to the unique charm of the saree.

Our team reserves the sole discretion to refund the items getting returned for the inherent qualities of handwoven sarees.
